01 Regulatory Status

Veritanix is not a regulated financial services provider. EDON Platform is a software analytics tool and does not constitute, or require authorisation as, a regulated financial service in any jurisdiction.

Veritanix is not authorised or regulated by any financial supervisory authority, including but not limited to:

• The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) or any EU national competent authority under MiFID II / MiFIR (Directive 2014/65/EU)
• The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) or the UK MiFID equivalent framework
• The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)
• The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC)
• Any other national or supranational regulatory body governing investment services, financial instruments, or trading platforms

02 Nature of the Platform

EDON Platform is a behavioural trading analytics application. Its purpose is to help retail traders understand the relationship between their stated trading strategy and their actual trading decisions, by analysing historical trade data and behavioural patterns.

The platform provides:

• Tools to log, track, and review trading decisions against user-defined strategy rules
• Paper trading simulation functionality for strategy testing without real capital
• Analytical dashboards and metrics derived from user-submitted trade data
• Market data and technical indicators for informational and educational reference
• Behavioural pattern analysis and discipline measurement tools

The platform does not provide:

• Investment advice, personalised or general
• Trade execution, order routing, or brokerage services
• Portfolio management or discretionary investment services
• Predictive signals or algorithmic trading recommendations
• Any form of regulated financial service

03 Paper Trading — Scope and Limitations

EDON Platform includes a paper trading simulation feature. This is a record-keeping and analytical tool that allows users to log hypothetical trades against their strategy in order to evaluate performance and behavioural patterns without committing real capital.

What paper trading on EDON Platform is

• A tool to simulate and record hypothetical trades for educational and analytical purposes
• A behavioural testing environment to evaluate strategy adherence and decision-making
• A mechanism to build a structured record of simulated decisions and outcomes
• An entirely offline, non-connected analytical exercise

What paper trading on EDON Platform is not

• Connected to any exchange, broker, or execution venue
• A guarantee or predictor of live trading performance
• A substitute for professional financial advice or proper risk assessment
• A regulated investment simulation service

Transition to live trading

Users who intend to move from simulated paper trading to live trading with real capital should be aware that live trading entails substantially greater risk. EDON Platform does not manage, advise on, or facilitate any aspect of live trading. Users are solely responsible for any decision to trade real capital and should seek independent financial advice where appropriate.

04 Market Risk Warning

The following specific risks apply to trading financial instruments, whether or not you use EDON Platform as an analytical aid:

If you are in any doubt about the suitability of trading financial instruments for your personal financial circumstances, you should seek independent financial advice from a regulated financial adviser before trading.

05 No Investment Advice

Nothing on EDON Platform, including but not limited to market analytics, technical indicators, behavioural metrics, pattern analysis, or any other content or output, constitutes:

• Investment advice within the meaning of MiFID II, FSMA 2000, the Investment Advisers Act 1940, or any equivalent legislation
• A personal recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise deal in any financial instrument
• A solicitation or inducement to enter into any transaction in a financial instrument
• Research on financial instruments or issuers for the purpose of Directive 2014/65/EU or equivalent

All content and outputs within EDON Platform are provided strictly for informational, educational, and analytical purposes. Users bear full and sole responsibility for any trading decisions they make. Veritanix accepts no responsibility or liability for any financial decisions made by users in reliance on content displayed within EDON Platform.

06 No Trade Execution

EDON Platform does not, under any circumstances:

• Execute, route, or transmit orders for financial instruments
• Connect to, interface with, or interact with any brokerage account, exchange, or trading venue
• Hold, manage, or have custody of any user's financial assets or funds
• Act as an intermediary between a user and any financial market

Any trades displayed or recorded within EDON Platform — including paper trades — exist solely within the platform as analytical records. They do not represent real transactions, do not affect any real account, and carry no real financial consequences.

07 Analytical Limitations and Data Accuracy

While Veritanix takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of market data and analytical outputs presented within EDON Platform, the following limitations apply:

08 Jurisdiction-Specific Notices

European Union

EDON Platform does not constitute an investment service within the meaning of Annex I, Section A of MiFID II (Directive 2014/65/EU) and is not subject to authorisation requirements thereunder. Market analytics provided are not investment research as defined under MiFID II. Users in EU member states should note that no investor protection scheme applies to use of EDON Platform.

United Kingdom

EDON Platform does not carry on any regulated activity as defined in the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 (SI 2001/544). It is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) does not apply to use of EDON Platform. Users should be aware of the FCA's ScamSmart guidance and verify that any financial services they use in connection with actual trading are FCA-authorised.

United States

EDON Platform is not registered as an investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, nor as a broker-dealer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. It does not provide securities recommendations, personalised investment advice, or execute securities transactions. Access to the platform is not solicitation to trade any security. Users are responsible for compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state securities laws.

Other Jurisdictions

Veritanix makes no representation that EDON Platform or its content is appropriate for use in, or available to, persons located in jurisdictions other than those listed above. Users in other jurisdictions are solely responsible for ensuring their access to and use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and restrictions. Nothing on the platform constitutes an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veritanix, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses, trading losses, or investment losses sustained by users in connection with their use of or reliance on EDON Platform
• Any losses arising from inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or missing market data
• Any losses arising from reliance on analytical outputs, behavioural metrics, or pattern analysis
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with use of the platform
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Platform unavailability, technical failures, or data transmission errors

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Veritanix's total aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the user, if any, for access to EDON Platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 User Responsibilities

By using EDON Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to access and use the platform in your jurisdiction
• You are at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into binding obligations
• You understand that EDON Platform is an analytical tool and does not provide regulated financial services
• You will not rely solely on EDON Platform's content or outputs when making real capital trading decisions
• You are aware of and accept the risks associated with trading financial instruments, as described in Section 4 of this document
• You will seek independent financial advice where appropriate before making real trading decisions
• You will use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Veritanix's terms of use

11 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, code, analytics methodology, and branding within EDON Platform are the intellectual property of Veritanix and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content or outputs from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, or used commercially without the prior written consent of Veritanix.

Market data displayed within the platform remains the property of the respective data providers and is subject to their terms of use.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This disclosure and any disputes arising from use of EDON Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where Veritanix is established within the European Union, EU consumer protection legislation shall apply to the extent required by law and shall not be excluded by this disclosure.

Users who are consumers within the European Union may have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Veritanix may update this Risk & Regulatory Disclosure from time to time. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of EDON Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised disclosure.
